Plantain is a prolific plant that is wonderful for just about every skin complaint you can think of, as well as the big ones like cuts and burns and eczema. I’ve used mine for ticks, stings and bites too. It literally repairs skin and weaves layers back together. Excellent for when the skin has been taken off - bikes, skateboards et al - and is weeping, it seals the deal. Just one of those brilliant heal-alls to have in easy reach in the fridge when you need it.

In terms of magical use, plantain is the remedy for when you have been stabbed in the back or unceremoniously cut down. Brilliant for sealing up any energetic tears and suturing scar tissue, leaving you stronger than you were previously. A wonderful green ally in times of betrayal and the healing that follows.
