I find myself caught between worlds as my life transitions on new wings. Between my love of the quiet country life and the fresh excitement of the big busy city. Between solid old friends and the shiny new people I am crossing paths with daily now. Between my old familiar routine and the strange new path unfurling in front of my wide eyes.

A collection of natural treasures found this weekend in the forest. Big magic was made by truly wonderful friend of friends tucked under giant pine trees and surrounded by ferns. There is no greater ritual space than the wild unknown.

The final act played out last night on the grandest of celestial stages, the blood moon eclipse in lovely Libra. The landscape this bright new day looks nothing like that we left behind, rewarding beautiful souls brave enough to take the leap.

Eclipse season is always a bumpy ride filled with madness and joy, tears and teasers, endings and beginnings, disaster and opportunity all served up on the same spinning plate.

In Japan there is a pottery technique known as kintsukuroi. When a handcrafted something falls or breaks, it is sutured back together with gold creating a new piece with an utterly unique shape and form. It is considered even more beautiful for having been broken.
