The Shadow Work Chesnut
Shadow work. That old chesnut.
When we first begin our descent into the shadowlands, it is often unwilling. In years to come, we get to know these steps well and can sense the imprint of our footfalls into this hidden space. Nonetheless every single next initiation is daunting and we quake at our undertaking.
Not any journey to the shadowlands is a sunshiney walk in the park but all are undeniably worthy and transformative, a revolution within. When we accept the result is guaranteed - and my darklings it unequivocably is - we are better able to submit to the process itself. All of its many twists and turns, its great pain and even greater healing, its stunning capacity for teaching and understanding our sweet self.
I bang on a lot about shadow work and I live it, as we all can. I see its potential around me. About as much as I see those unwilling, relentlessly fingerpointing and wailing blame, trading their souls for their fear and remaining stuck to the spot. Deep down we know when our shadow is crying out to us, aching to be balmed by our attention and integrated through our loving acceptance. This is the process that builds our personal power and our sovereignty. It is sacred and holy.
But how do we do it? What are the steps that engender this alchemy? Because these are the questions I get asked the most, I have created a no holds barred program that will serve as a guide. I cannot walk through your shadow with you for it is a solo pursuit. But I can hold a lantern up for you, cheer your wins and mourn your losses, tirelessly rally and support your brilliant transformation.
Guided by the wisdom of mythos and fairytale, the moon and stars, the music of the spheres and the guidance whispered through me for you, I could not be prouder of what I have created to support your journey through the shadowlands. It is built (and priced) to allow you to invest a little or a lot in the greatest work of your life.
If the shadowlands are where you find yourself, I could not be happier for you darkling. It is time to dig deep and I am here to help.
