Solar eclipse salon rippling with eclipse lore + up to the minute astrology, modern moon rites & imaginal revelation

We make our way now to the threshold through smoke and chaos, drawing conclusions and perhaps still dragging the remnants of the early year's skin over the rocks. We have to find our way in this darkness, guided best by the light we fashion from within as the mood hides her face now in preparation for the eclipse. In the distance we can hear hooves, or is that thunder? We can sense change on the far side of this week, and perhaps every day between. We know the season that shifts all our shapes is already here. Courage is knocking on your heart from the inside, calling the lions that live within.

This is no ordinary new moon, and neither a pedestrian eclipse if there is such a creature. Many starpaths lead to this junction, and greater prophecies besides long weaved into its whole season. The south node now in Leo and so too all the major players in this flash flare of an eclipse as the sun and moon draw Mercury and Jupiter into their fabled meeting. Its totality will cut a swathe across the north and its precision will leave a mark. No ordinary begin again, anything conjured from here can only occupy the space made by its searing pulse. There is much that we can, and now perhaps must, leave behind as tribute to what lies in wait.

Eclipses are a dance of shadow and light, conjuring both from our depths. Replete with endings and beginnings, mayhem and magic alike, eclipses offer us a regular reorientation button frequently knocking us back on to our soul's path if we have been led astray. This time around sweeping up even greater chaos and revelation from a cluster of powerful influences in Leo, changing the world and its power structures irrevocably and barrelling us into the maelstrom between now and then when the second behemoth arrives.
