Venus cazimi, Mercury retrograde and Scorpio season as mere prelude to a long stubborn bulwark of a Taurus full moon. If you have hatches, batten them.
The path to the next full moon, a stubborn bulwark of the species, includes yet another last time ever threshold in a year that has again been rife with them. Venus’ final starpoint at the zero degree will conclude her hundred years score with Scorpio this weekend, marked by a spectacular cazimi as she pinballs across the flaming face of the sun. Everything tilts and turns again from here, transformation and revelations that will ripple us right into next year.
But let’s not get that far ahead of ourselves, darklings. As we were, grappling with uncertainties and reclaiming a very different way forwards, eventually. Tomorrow the Sun leaves Libra on his way to Venus in Scorpio. Their cazimi the next day is the final starpoint and Venus rebirth through the heart of the Sun. Mercury turns retrograde in their wake. Venus takes what she has learned and keeps going into Libra, changing the entire trajectory of this retrograde. And then, calling to fullness the moon under her command.
The sun joins the Scorpio party last if not longest and will bring stinging light to the shadow dancing of Venus and soon, Mercury too. These cazimis come with not-no-mores included and in scorpion territory will annihilate the under-committed or overexposed. Every time the Sun moves the vibe shifts, whether you chalk it up to astrology or not. People behave differently in every single house of the year.
Spooky season hits now with a vengeance unseen since the Time Out movement’s first shot across the bow, not coincidentally sharing some potent current starstuff. A retinue of dark goddesses have been racketeering a ready reckoning since the middle of the year. Expect its ratchet to start claiming scalps.
This Scorpio season is as likely to reveal power as it is to decimate its expired puppets. The phoenix always rises reborn and never counts the cost. The trick of this particular Scorp adventure is to only look forwards, no matter which direction you feel you may be travelling in while everything keeps retroshading the frame. An exercise in trust that challenges even the most evolved to submit to its occult.
