Singleton Public Library
Guided meditation is offered on the first Monday of every month at Singleton Public Library. Crafted to cultivate mindfulness and connection – with a healthy dash of astrology and good humour – these drop in sessions are designed to increase your wellbeing and reduce stress.
Meditation is at the *new time* of Monday from 5.45pm – 6.45pm. All are welcome to attend and I particularly invite those who have never tried meditation before to come along and give it a go. Whether you are old or young, experienced or a novice meditation has benefits for us all.
